PROJECT SUMMARY | A request was made from the Bonaventure Boys Home to upgrade their 4 x PC’s so that students could study on-line courses etc. at the University of the West Indies.
A site visit with the BBH Manager & EyeCay revealed that the existing aged IT Infrastructure was on the verge of collapse and a lot more than just 4 new PC’s were required. EyeCay enabled Rotary to purchase a new Windows 10 Server plus 4 New Windows 10 Workstations for the students at an excellent price. EyeCay also provided Windows 10 Software & Windows Office Software at no additional cost, along with free installation & maintenance. An additional benefit of the new Server is that BBH Staff can now access and back up their file to the server, a legal requirement. |
